Paying off my loan/mortgage for my property

I would like to pay off my loan with which I bought my property in spain. I have approx. 10,000 Euros left to pay and can afford to do this. What are the Pro's and Con's of doing this?
Secondly does anyone have the Tax assistance company name and contact details of a company which is upstairs at C.C. Los Dolses Where Lidl and Mercadona are. The Tax place is beside the dog charity place upstairs
