And have recently heard
are dealing with house purchases and have found them very helpful in the past for other legalities.

I agree, I used Sun Lawyers 9 years ago when I bought my house, fantastic service. Still use them!

Deffo use a solicitor not tied to Estate agent and dont pay any deposit let the solicitor deal with that, I agree with tebo we used sun lawyers they were very good lady called Victoria.
