Avatel have taken double payment this month, does anyone have an email address where we can get in touch with them to query?

The only address I can find is [email protected], which is quoted on my contract.
The contract also quotes a customer ID which you can use to log in to your account.
I suspect that it will be quicker to sort out by visiting their office at the Boulevarde, in the same building as AlCampo.
