Hi, Recently moved to the area and trying to get UK TV channels. We have connected a sky box but only get some channels. Is there a Set Top box we can buy? Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks Paula

What size satellite dish have you got, and is it pointing at the correct satellite?

Hi, not really sure of the size, but its massive. Not sure of the direction, its just where it was when we got here. Did pick up all of the Spanish channels. Thanks

OK, the size should be OK.
I assume you've done a scan on the box.
Was the previous owner British? If not, it will need re-aligning.

Hi Jim, We brought the Sky Box with us from the UK. How to we go about re-aligning it? The previous owner of the property was Spanish. Thanks Paula

You will need the dish realigned, it's more than likely not pointing at the right satellite for English channels if the previous owner was Spanish.
