Only having a holiday home here what’s the cost of pay as you go internet for personal and tv use also how much would it be roughly to install a sky dish for free view we would be more than thankful for some advise

That wouldn't be much use if the op wanted to connect a laptop. Some phones can be used as mobile wifi 'hotspots', but this would depend on the carriers rules on this, plus the strength of the received signal to the phone. Not always the best indoors

Thats true but its probably the best option for an 8 week stint...
I have internet in the apartment through Ole €35 a month and we can stop for 3 months of a year, the wifi is ok in the apartment although on the roof terrace I am better using my phone as a hotspot to connect my laptop it works as good, in the apartment it works but not as quick but it does the job.
