Hi, just bought an apartment in the Mirador del Mediterraneo complex and I’m looking for WiFi recommendations. It’s only going to be for holidays so something that you can top up, and aren’t tied down to a monthly contract would be great. Ideally looking for a dongle or portable hotspot you can put a sim into but it seems really hard to find. I’d really appreciate any help!

We also have place on Mirador. We use Vega Fiebra in centre of San Miguel (tel 966 318 700). Fibre Optic 50Mb for 20 euros per month. I think install inc router was 49.95.

Excellent reception and speed as you would expect with Fibre Optic. I know that the complex has the mains cable installed throughout so should be easy install. I would highly recommend.

hope this helps, Tony.

Just but a three data sim and a dongle, the 24gb version lasts for 24 months.

Yes mine certainly is, just like any fixed connection in the UK. But you might want to check if thats changed but i doubt it.

cheers, Tony
