Best way to get English TV in Spain including Netflix, sport and movies. I have internet.

If you have a Smart TV, most decent ones have Netflix as an app, so make sure the TV is connected to your internet sign up pay and off you go.
If you dont have a Smart TV, or a crappy one that does not have decent apps like the Netflix app, then get a Firestick, sign in, load up the netflix app, sign up, pay, and off you go.
If you want UK TV, then either
- get a dish and get the channels live and directly from the broadcasters,
- use a VPN or Smart DNS and apps on Firestick or TV access the broadcasters online services like iPlayer and Now TV directly,
- or go for a "iptv" service that gets its channels via "third parties" and not directly from the broadcasters and will have access to some but not all content that is on netflix (maybe your internet provider does some sort of service?).

"https://www.freeview.co.uk" - For information : you will not get Freeview in Spain. Freeview is UK TV via a TV aerial and transmitted by TV masts, the nearest transmitter to Spain is in the Channel Islands, and too far away for the signals to reach Spain. But Freeview Play, their app which links to iPlayer ITVHub All4 etc, should be available with a VPN / smart DNS.
Freesat is UK TV via a satellite dish, and is available in most of Spain
