TV horadada

Just had fibre internet and tv installed from tv horadada. 1st day could only get 36 out of 54 channels. Next day it improved to 52 out of 54. Next , Friday, could not get any channels. Had no television over weekend an tv horadada customer service is terrible. They say they will ring me but never do.

Also tv horadada do not provide a tv guide so i cannot find out what's on tonight even if i could get the channels.

Anyone else have these problems and do you know how to get over them

I have usually been able to access all the channels and have had quick service when needed but yes the lack of TV schedule is a pain.

The service is not good. I cannot sort my problem until I return to Spain in March. TV horadada said I would be compensated for the inconvenience - I will wait and see. However, I have not been charged for the installation and monthly subscription -YET

I had hoped to drop TV Horadada and keep their fibre which is really good - but it turns out that £24 of the £30 is for the broadband which would not leave me much for another TV provider.
