Spain is a little different to the UK, in terms sometimes it is better to separate the two.

In the UK, for example, you can have Sky or Virgin for internet & TV.  Here in Spain, most Spanish companies (internet) can offer TV, it tends to be biased (as expected) towards the Spanish market, with the ones that do offer a little UK TV, tends to be more a secondary or incomplete service. 

1. The best recommendation for the internet will come from your nearby neighbours - as they will have the best experiences to give. Service providers can vary from location to location, so a nearby recommendation is always a good one. There are 3 or 4 providers in your area. Based purely on past forum type complaints, would be to avoid Ole, as over the years seems more flak on support or service than most others. Telfy is quite good, if in your location.

2. TV - we are a long established company locally and install/maintain all types of TV systems, from private to large communities. There are options from subscription-free satellite TV, to pay for subscription type services via satellite or the internet. All hardware systems and services. Ultimately will depend on the type of content you wish to view as to what option best suits you.

We have been in Spain for over 16 years the internet market is very fragmented, you are best to talk to the people in your area because like new cars they will of found out all the pit falls for you. They will know who supplies Fibre Optic and if its available in your street or who can do it over the air via a small dish you would need around 10-12 mbs as a starting figure because what they say you get, is way different in many cases in the evening when you most need it as the demand for the internet rises as most of their Spanish clients come home from work between 6-9 pm.
