Sorry but when you say it was purchased in 2016 I assumed you yourself had purchased it in 2016 or was this your estimated date of purchase, if so would have to progress on that basis as it is not as new as was imagined

Regards

Hi Gary

Sorry I,m not interrested in your fr/freezer but I think your price is excellent given how expensive they are new, and I,m just stunned at the responses and the nitty gritty questions asked to allow a drop in price to be offerred. Remember a lot of responses could be from dealers who want to make a good profit for themselves. Nothing wrong with that but at least be fair to the seller. Hold out for your price, dont be swayed by mind games. My samsung similar is 12yrs old so hopefully yours has a long life left in it. Good Luck.

Just a note in reply to Martin77, whilst the vendor didnt purchase this himself, there must have been a reason he stated purchased in 2016, or why state that, could have been houseseller had shown him a receipt, or told him, whatever the reason he had for saying 2016 it was in good faith, which doesnt appear to have been asked of him in any replies I can see.

You said he declined to reply but his reply was just 3hrs after your reply?.

My need to offer a reply was my opinion to his asking price which I felt was reasonable and had I been back in Spain would had possibly purchased it myself, and also to advise him there are many traders who will devalue the price to make a better profit, having experienced that myself. I still feel his asking price is fair and is a matter of opinion whoever purchases. As stated my own is 12yrs and cost £899, and should this one last as long, the purchaser will have received a bargain. Thats the chance you take buying second hand. I will not reply again thankyou and btw, I,m female not a him!

Pauline.

Do you only read the bits you want to read, I started with wasn't interrested to allow seller to dismiss me as a potential buyer as I wasn't in Spain to be able to purchase, and felt he would have sold well before I returned in April. I stated in last email had I been in Spain I would have considerred buying it as my present one will be too small when we relocate and my UK one is now too old to take with me(btw. my hubby tells me I was wrong re age its actually nearer 16yrs!). I,m not making anything up, these are the facts. As you,ve dismissed it why dont you bother someone else. You are insulting me and somehow I,ve obviously hit a raw nerve, I am entitled to express my opinion and give advice if I feel its helpful. Yes I also said I wouldn't reply but you have insulted my intelligence and you obviously like to spar. I dont. I,ve better things to do with my time. No doubt you will reply as you seem to have the need for the last word. Hope you get a cheap fridge freezer to meet your exacting standards and hope seller gets his fair price as if in April he hasnt sold it I just may get back in touch with him.
