There's a small music shop in San Miguel, right next door to the police station. I'm sure you'll find something suitable there. Bought a cheap but good sounding one myself from there for when I'm in Spain.

Thomann on line are very good and deliver to Spain for around 15 euros. Really wide range from very cheap to very expensive and have a great reputation. I bought a tenor guitar and banjo from them a few months back
