Can anyone tell me please

Is one person , allowed to have a lift,in a car, with one other person.

Both from different households?

Only if one person is the carer for the other and/or has a legally acceptable exception, such as taking them to a medical appointment, pharmacy, legal appointment.  If this is relevant to your situation, ensure you have proof to hand, in case you're challenged.

Don't understand. Do you mean 3 people are in the car when you include the driver?
