Can anybody tell me how many people can currntattend an outdoor gathering in a private residence?

It’s a large area if this makes a difference. Does this number include adults and children?

Not sure there is a number or that it matters where it is, you need to observe social distancing and if you can't you don't hold a gathering, simple.

Responsibly you should not be mixing with people if it can be avoided so should not be even thinking of a gathering in the first place!

I read similar to Jayne62.   I thought it was 2 people can meet outside who are not normally living with you. Indoors you can’t have people visit whom you don’t normally live with. Exceptions are if you have an elderly or infirm person who needs extra care.

Large gatherings of friends / family in or out is a no no at the moment .  My mother watched a “family”  gathering on the beach a few days ago.. maybe 15 people ...they ended up with the police packing them off.

Thanks everyone, I actually posted this question last November. We did not have a gathering of any sort as more restrictions were published pre Christmas. As I hope we all are I’m totally adhering to all current restrictions. Stay safe all.
