I am a none resident with a property in Villa Martin, there are new rules where you can travel to Spain for visits other than holidays, I have sold our property and needs some work done, does this mean it is ok to Travel without the restrictions applying.

No, Spain still has restrictions in place only residents and nationals allowed to enter.
Checking your house is not classed as a good reason to enter Spain but you need to check with the Spanish government rules as they are constantly changing.

Hi
we are mid purchase in cabo Roig and have asked if buying a property is reason enough to go and it isn’t. On tv yesterday BOJO said Amber countries are for emergencies only. Hopefully things will change by end if June. I think Spain is opening up then

Spain has announced the UK is on the 'green' list from 24th May, so you will be able to enter Spain. Here's the link to the official announcement.
