We’re booked to go to a wedding which has now been cancelled in Norfolk, the flights are still showing all ok, one hotel has refunded our money, one hasn’t if we go do we have to self isolate. Trip is for late april

This isn't going to be over in a month and if the wedding has been postponed anyway then to me at least it would seem somewhat ill advised to needlessly expose yourself by travelling, if indeed come the day travel were even possible.

Something to factor in is that UK's slow and wishy washy responses have put the country well behind the curve so even if things were improving here there they could be at or close to a peak, whether it would require self isolation is impossible to predict.

If the thought of a potential relatively trivial financial loss is what's driving your indecision then I'd have thought that a no brainer.

We're in a similar situation to you. I've just had an email from easyjet cancelling but when I went into manage bookings there is now no refund button and have found out that the purchaser has to call the helpline UK no 0330365500 but it will be busy there are different nos for different countries.

I had the same thing on 23rd March and at that time there was a refund button. I think that is because they would rather you changed your flights. They aren't making any charges if you change on line but now as you don't have the option for a refund they shouldn't charge on helpline

Hope this helps a little
