Could you advice on the best and cheapest place for car hire

Every man, his wife, and his dog, seems to have a car hire story to tell and for every positive report you'll likely find a negative so quite honestly your question is all but unanswerable.
If you do happen on the holy grille of car hire do let us know but I'll wager if you do somebody will pop up and tell how they had the worst possible experience with them.
