Where do I send/go to change over name in log book?
Any help would be appreciated

From the sound of it, you definitely would be better with a gestor. You need a purchase/sales contract, and you need to make sure the purchaser follows through and pays the transfer tax and then transacts the change of owner at Tráfico.
I disagree with Ray in part, as the transfer tax is normally paid by the purchaser.
