i after advice on sorting out a speeding fine letter i have received today from Spain
The problem is the date on the photo is for a rental car i used with Ok
rentals cars but is for 10th November when i was not in Spain
I did use this car from OK but this was in October not November
has anybody else had the same problem if so i did they sort it out

i had the same problem with ok rent a car in murcia it happens all the time they charged my card a 56 euro admin fee also it took 3 phone calls and a facebook review but got fine canceled and refund in the end

who did you phone to get it sorted on my photos of car its look like a admin mistake the photos is 10th Nov i hired the car from Ok Murcia 6th to 13th October

hi you are saying 10 nov. is it saying actually November or 10/11/19 as in spain they put the MONTH first, so they would put 10/11/19 for 11 October 2019, hope it helps barringtons

i need to find out what the date the photos its says 10.11.19 a30 if its was 11th of October it cant be right i used the car to travel from the airport on the 6th and 13th Oct and in between just around Villamartin .So if its is 11th October i need to check the reg of car as it cant be me

just call +34 902 36 06 36 opiton 4
this means the photo was taken on the 10th of November do not worry the fine is on the car not the person ok cars would need to prove that you were the person driving they will sort it i am sure
my son used to work for Avis and this happens a lot with office staff giving the wong name and address
if ok do not sort it they will be an email on the fine email them and tell them you were not in spain on the date they will ask for your passport number
