Transferring car on Spanish plates into my name

Hi there. Just bought a car from a friend here in Villamartin and was wondering what we need to do to transfer the car into our name? We haven't done our residencia yet, but we have NIE numbers and the deeds to the property we purchased.
Can anyone recommend anyone that would be able to do this for us, like a gestor in Villamartin?
