Hi,

I was gifted a car from my grandparents as part of the deal to buy their property. They have since moved back to the UK and the car is still officially registered in their name.

many help or guidance as to how I go about changing ownership to myself would be much appreciated.

You will find information in one of Jim's Guides, see the tab at the top of the Forum Homepage or as we did see Carrasco in Playa Flamenca for an excellent service in changing ownership of a car, not sure if they are open during to Lockdown but worth considering.

Or, let things simply go as they are. Get an autorization from the former owner to drive the vehicle and pay insurance, taxes and pass ITV.
