myself and family are looking to buy in villamartin in the next couple of months and would love to hear peoples thoughts on the area bus routes community etc really love to chat to people to get a feel for the area as will be coming over for a few days to scout out the area although will be with a friend as wife has to stay with kids 

Also if anyone has a nice apartment for a couple of days at a reasonable rent but unsure as to when I will be coming and if anyone has a good reliable estate agents who they trust and speaks English would be grateful for their number

Thanks for your info 

I been in touch with your estate agents before, I have even phoned them but I did not get very far with them they said they was sending me info/pics of properties and never got anything off them. How far is the beach and shops/bars from villa Martin

Try InSun Properties based in Villamartin - next door to Chadwicks - run by 2 Austrian sisters Gabi and Efi. We bought in Villamartin last year and used them - they were amazing and very knowledgeable - and have become firm friends of ours since we purchased.
