Hi all just wondering if anyone in here has either bought or sold a house in the area since January 1st and needed to get the military clearance, would you be able to tell me how long it took please, we have received an email from the lawyers saying that it will take a lot longer than the original 2 months but they cannot tell us how long, our original closing date was July 12th but now we have no idea, any help would be greatly appreciated.

We bought a house in villamartin in Sept 2020 due for completion mid Jan. Then they told us about the military clearance. Took about 3 months to come through we completed last Monday. Apparently it can take up to 4 months.
