Nothing, as far as I know. I was referring to the detrimental effect of the exchange rate.

State pension paid untaxed, not as you said tax paid in UK,

I don’t think you pay tax on state pension.or am l incorrect believeing this,your private pension will be taxed instead.?

I have a meagre (opted out) State pension, & a crown pension.

What is a crown pension never heard of it.
Government service pensions paid to retired members of the fire service, police, civil servants, armed forces and local authorities which are exempt from Spanish tax.
