Hi Chelsea and welcome to the forum!
This link refers to the 1st July date for Spain opening its borders:
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/news/hope-for-a-summer-holiday-in-spain-slashed/
but
if Spain sees an increase in the infection rate, the proposal could well
change. Even then, Spain's Tourism Minister, Maria Reyes Maroto, has
said they will only open borders to visitors from countries where
Covid-19 is under control; currently, that means Germany and the Nordic countries. She said the UK's infection rate "still had
to improve" before Britons will be allowed to visit, so I think everyone needs to hope that the situation improves sufficiently over the next month.
If you're planning to fly to Spain, you may find that the first you know one way or the other, is if your airline cancel your flights - or not. In any event, check back here nearer the time and we may have had an update in the Spanish news.
Kind regards,
Kim
