No. Just fill a form in and wait, said I would prefer to speak with a human, their reply was they were human, but they didn’t know any answers .that was 20 minutes of my life I won’t get back

Did you expect anything different?
Their existence is under threat and with no money coming in the very last thing they are going to be inclined to do is refund punters.
If they go under - and it's not inconceivable - you won't get a penny back.

So how did you fill the other 23 hours and forty minutes then ?
Got any hints for the rest of us ?
We filled in all paperwork for a refund. Had emails saying refund in 7 days. 2 further emails saying refund in 21 days. Yesterday, received a voucher!!
No means of getting in touch for the refund even after clicking on the refund button which led you to absolutely nothing. Good luck, makes you lose the will to live.
Obviously O’Leary needs the money to fund his horse racing 😅😂

As said in many previous post about Ryanair and others, wait your turn, as there are plenty of others in front of you, I have been waiting for a refund since the 19th of March, good luck anyway.

Follow the instructions in the cancellation e-mail they sent you using the link which takes you straight through to a short form which takes 2 minutes to complete. Don't try going through your booking as it doesn't work. I received a confirmation e-mail and follow ups explaining the delays which, in the circumstances, I can fully understand and accept. If they do go under we will all be losers.
ABTA (for package holidays) have recently changed their rules whereby you will be offered a credit note which is valid for a year and only at the end of that year can you apply for a refund if you are unable or do not wish to book another holiday.. If this happens with the airlines I will accept it. I'm far from rich but this virus is making me reconsider "normal" and if the only hit I take is the loss of 4 flights, I will consider myself lucky.

Our dumpster is a 45 second walk from our front gate.
That 90 seconds is pure gold.

Well hopefully if you paid by credit card you will be able to claim off them.........unless of course there is some strange little clause stating otherwise like "act of god". Never understood this statement but it does happen even if you dont believe in one.

Their existence is not under threat , they have cash and cash equivalents of 4 billion euros. They said themselves they will be fine , as with easyjet who said if they grounded all flights for 9 months they will be ok too , they also have 3 billion in the bank , so anyone who thinks the big two will go under is wrong, they are still taking bookings for may which obviously wont be happening, they like holding onto the money !!
