Spanish locating form

Hi.all, to enter Spain you need to fill in a Spanish locating form.
Do you do this online or can you print off the form fill it in and bring it with you.

When I returned to Spain in September I printed the Spanish form, but its perfectly acceptable to download it to your phone.

Reading your question and reading one of the replies I think there might be a bit of confusion. You have asked do you need to complete the form on line, or can you print the form out, then fill it in and take it with you (No) . You must fill the form in (online) and submit it for approval. Afterwards you can then print it out or keep it on your mobile device, or both. But you can not print the form and then fill it out by hand, that is what you asked !.
