Building work

Looking for the following building work to be carried out:

1) knock down a couple of walls and make good.

2) strip two bathroom and install new shower, toilets and sinks including tiling to walls and floor.

3) Remove old kitchen and install new kitchen including moving water heating. Fit worktop and tile splash back. Including moving cooker point and adding a couple of additional sockets.

4) Remove floor tiles to whole house and lay new tiles.

5) Make good and paint whole house.

Thinking of similar improvements myself. Do you need an obra menor or mejor for this?

You are best advised to visit your town hall and enquire about local requirements. These can vary from town to town.

Don't take the word of a stranger on here, however well intentioned, and possibly land yourself in the proverbial.
