The apartment’s represent good value. Probably the best value in the Villamartin area 1br apt about 50k.

Couple of decent bars on your doorstep. Caprain Morgans, Wolfies etc and 15 mins to the Plaza.

Just check what the comm fees are and how many owners defaulted in the last year. Big complexes usually have high fees which can get higher if the community doesn't enforce non payment

Thanks for getting back to me yes comm fees is something i would look into they say it's 740 euros a year so i wouldn't want it to go up any more then this as it would just be for holidays. They also said water would be around 50 euros every 2 months and electric around 50 euros a month depending on what electric we use they said this would me the minimum.Do you think this is about right .

Thank's again Ray

Mirador is the first complex as you come in from San Miguel de la Salinas. You cannot really see it as it's set back. Behind the bowling club

Comm fees are quite high. I only pay 400e.

Be mindful your fees will go up if you don't have a strong community

Budget 30e per month each for elec and water and you won't be to far out .

Also have a look at the Los Carolinas complex properties are a tad dearer but the pool etc is much nicer

Hi Ray,

My old apartment was up at Mirador. By the sounds of it , the fees have increased a bit but was up there last week and the place is kept immaculate and now has added security. They were strong on non payers and I believe new commitee are quite active in looking after the place.

A good mix of Brts/Irish,Spanish and French residents and owners. The top part seems to have a big French contingent with the other 2 parts more mixed!

4+ bars within 5min walk and not too far to walk to the Plaza.

Great value apartments. Quite a few around £40k and even saw one at £29,000 last week , altho' needs a wee bit of work!

All the best with your visit.

Paul
