Hi!

We viewed a property today at the Mirador del Mediterraneo apartments, and I’m just wondering if anyone has some positive/negative points about it? We loved it and plan to view it again tomorrow and put an offer in. Is it a good area to buy in? Thanks!

Location isn't bad, Captain Morgan, Cheers, Wolfies on your doorstep. Plaza only ten mins.

The only concern for me would be the fact they are cheapest apartments in all Villamartin. There may be a perfectly innocent reason for this and they are good value apartments.

Thing you need in writing before you move is written confirmation of this year's community fees. This is usually a good marker, to the standard of the complex. If there are lots of apartments not being used or the owners have gone awol the fees will be high and the complex doesn't have a nice feeling to.it

Hi! We bought an apartment there 2 years ago and just love it! Small apartments but much for the money. Great big area gardens with 4 pools; nice and quiet. A mix of people from France, GB, Spain and Scandinavians. Nice people and nice neighborhood; a great convenience store and 3 rest only 5 min away in Eagles Nest. 15 min walk to Plaza with plenty of bars and restaurants. We have the small bus 10 min away; perfect to La Zenia or Cabo Roig etc every 90 min. Good Luck!

Hey Lisa, thanks for your message. We put an offer in, and it was accepted!! We have to apply for NIE numbers and hopefully everything will go smoothly and we’ll soon be in. Noticed one of the pools needed to be tiled, do you think that’ll be done this year?

Super; congrats! Yes; I think they will fix the pool before summer. We live just by that pool (F8-4); so I look forward to it! Hope to meet you in Mirador soon!

We have a place here. You won’t regret it. It’s such a well kept complex. And very quiet. We’ve been here for the past two years. Good luck and hope to see you around.

We bought a place here last summer and have no regrets. Well kept & quiet with everything you need near by.

Just saw this post. I am also looking at the mirador complex.  Wondering what the fees are please.  And why they are so cheap ?

Hi! Yes; the old ”Mirador the Mediterraneo” above the Eagles Nest and beside the Blue Lagen. The new Mirador is just in front of Dialprix close to Los Dolses; I think.

/ Regards Lisa
