Hi I was wondering how much the community charge per year, for a apartment on mirador Del Mediterano, in Villamartin Thanks.

You will need to get in touch with your administrator to find the answer to that,or your president.

I'm guessing you dont own a property on that Urbanisation but just making enquires? In that case you wont know administrators,president etc.
If no one who owns a property can give the details, I suggest, if you see a property for sale, then ask the estate agent who is advertising. Try googling the name of the Urb, there are several to rent & much more info that might help.
Community fees depend on the type of property & the facilities available -so differ very much from one urbanisation to another
