Walked through Verdemar complex in Villamartin a few times recently and admired how well kept it is. Just curious as to what community management company is used by Verdemar and if they are good value for money if anyone knows?

Hi there
There are four Verdemars all managed differently so it probably depends. We just bought last year on Verdemar 2. Absolutely LOVE it. Amarmat consultancy do ours - I agree the community and the president work hard to keep it looking so nice
