Hi could anyone recommend an estate agent from personal experience , i am interested in property in Villamartin , la Zenia etc and surrounding areas , i have started viewing properties over the internet on a place in the sun but there are so may estate agents.

Could not fault Casas Manuel when I bought my place in 2017. Personal attention from start to finish and never felt pressured.

I could personally recommend Vista Casas in The Plaza at Villamartin.
Completely professional and no hard sell.

Try 5 Real Estate in Los Dolses We have used them in the past and because they don't charge large selling fees the sellers are able to be more flexible with their selling price.

Hi we used Home Espana last year. They spent a full weekend showing us around, different areas etc. No hard sales and very knowledgeable. Also we have had some problems after purchase with gas / electric etc and they have an amazing after sales service (free). Not sure what we would have done without them.
