Hi all
I am in the process of buying an apartment on Villamartin Plaza.
I am looking for recommendations for someone to take on keyholding, guest greeting, property cleaning and potentially anyone offering airport pick ups. I am intending to rent out the apartment as soon as I can and ideally I'd like someone close by, so they are on hand if needed by the renters in case of any problems.

Hi , we use a lovely British couple , we are in Los Dolses . Our surrounding neighbours use them too. I can send on the information to you. They live beside Dialprix supermarket so are very near you.

This is am interesting one Colin. We use a local agent who does the key holding and cleaning for us and are very good - I could message you their details.
What I find difficult to do is to get a price and quality comparison with others - also do you advertise your property through a website - this can be a costly affair as well. My agent does the lot but I am interested to know how others do it since we are fairly new to this.

Hi Sara, bit of a long shot but I was trawling through the posts on property maintenance (cleaning etc) and came across your post from 2018! Do the British couple from Los Dolses still do this? We are in Villamartin. If so could you forward their number please. We have used a lovely lady up to now but she is retiring. Thanks June
