Hi there,
Looking at buying a property in villamartin, verdemar urbanisation in particular. Just wondering if anyone here owns a property there and how they find it? Are the properties mainly owner occupied or holiday lets? Are there any issues with the complex? What's the urbanisation like during the colder months? Is it very quiet and does villamartin itself close up during the winter months or is it fairly year around?
