Hi
We are looking to relocate to Spain within the next 2 years and to purchase 2 separate apartments in Villamartin as our source of income. We are thinking of Villamartin as we assume we can rent most of the year to golfers. Does anyone do this already and have any tips? What is the area like over the winter months for tourists?

Very briefly...
My sister has a townhouse with apartment upstairs where she lives and a separate apartment on the lower floor which she has tried to rent out to golfers. She's had very limited response and eventually let it out as long term rental. Not much goes on in that area apart from the Plaza which is very nice.
