Looking for recommendation for someone to manage our property next year for short/medium term rentals. We are based in Villamartin. Usual property checks, manage changeovers, keyholder etc. Need someone who we can really rely on.

Hopefully you are aware that you will need a Tourist Licence for this? Letting commercially without one risks a heavy fine.

Apologies in advance if you have already obtained it.

Do you mean an agency to manage your lettings as well as look after the house or a keyholding and cleaning company to look after your house and rental guests but you handle the bookings? Either way, for short-term lettings you will need your Tourist License first.

If you already have your License then I can recommend an excellent keyholding and cleaning business, that will look after your house when empty and see your rental guests in and out of the property, run by Julie and Paul
