they are saying that they can get me a instant licence for 10 euros admin cost if i rent out my house with them

can you legelly rent out your house through a property company as i am worried about been hit with a fine

they have 150 plus houses on there web site some must be doing something right but its sounds to good to be true

when i am constally told you must get your own licence at around 200 euros plus a 3 months wait to rent out your house

Looking at their website there are no licence numbers on the properties listed. I was under the impression that the licence number had to be shown at the top of any listing or advert. Even if the properties are licensed, their website isn’t legally compliant.

Think you’re right to be sceptical.

Hope you get it sorted.

Shaun

We obtained our tourist licence in 2017, some 3 months after our Aborgado  applied for it.  That was in the days before you needed local Town Hall authority to apply, which adds further delays to the process. So what they are offering is impossible, I would steer well clear to avoid a potential huge fine!

Sounds like a false promise to me, applications for tourist licences are taking in excess of 6 months (I applied for mine in Aug 2018, still not got it), so for them to say they can get an instant licence for 10 euros is complete pie in the sky!

The fact that they are advertising properties without displaying licence numbers is illegal too - I hope that the property owners who are using their services are aware of their methods, as they are likely to be fined too once the authorities are aware!

Steer clear, clear, clear is my advice!!!

Hi, take it from me who has an estate agency and a property management company........anyone who tells you that they can get you an instant license is lying. I wait exactly the same time to gain a license as one of my clients doing it on their own would, it’s a few months wait at the moment and it’s not likely to be any quicker any time soon. They are obviously trying to lure you in with false promises. My advice, stay well away from them! Nicola.

You don’t need a license for long term letting but short term letting you do. There is no way on this earth that they can get you a tourist license immediately. Everyone unfortunately has to wait the same time, agencies included. There is no such thing as a part license either, you either have a full tourist license enabling you to rent out short term or you don’t. You can apply for the license yourself which is relatively easy or your lawyer can do it for you, I would steer clear of anyone who says that they can get you an immediate one. Nicola.
