Hi,
ask your neighbours (ideally one with a nicely painted property!) for recommendations for local painter/decorators, I'm sure someone will have a recommendation.
Last year I had a largish area of a external wall repatched and repainted by someone recommended to me by a neighnour - telephone +34 622 47 40 84. Husband and wife team, did a very good job.
