Hi Ray

Did you buy the property?

We bought last year on Valencias 1 and absolutely love it.

So close to everything but nice and quiet.

We have met some lovely people too.

Unfortunately we still have to work in the UK so don’t get over as much as we like,  but knowing our little Spanish home is waiting for us makes it all worthwhile.

Regards

Wootjo

Hi Raydar

We bought a holiday home in Valencias 1 about 3 years ago and have no regrets. In our experience its a lovely quiet, well maintained urb. with friendly people - we really enjoy being there.

We also love the fact that although it's quiet there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance - which was high on our checklist :)

Good Luck with your viewings.
