Where can I but a mould and mildew remover.
Also when you leave a property for any length of time do you have to drain your water heater when you switch water off.

Reference the water heater, I'd have thought it best to leave it full of water. If it's emptied, it would then be full of moist air which could lead to internal corrosion or oxidation.
