I have been trying all day to try and find the bus timetable from Alicante airport to Torrevieja.
Can some one please point me in the right direction?
Do I have to buy ticket in advance coming form the airport, I think you do the other way?

Start here:
http://www.aena.es/en/alicante-airport/intercity-buses.html
Scroll down to Airport-Torrevieja.
Click on Bus-stop (departures roadway) to see where the airport bus stop is.
Click on Timetable to get to the timetable page.
Select origin, destination and date, and click Continue to get times and prices.
Go back to the starting page and click on Tickets Sales to buy tickets.

Hi at the airport you buy the ticket on the bus, Torrevieja bus station at the ticket office. Hope that helps

From 1st April through to 31st October the bus leaves on the hour, every hour, starting at 7am, last bus is 9pm. However, there are no buses at 7am, 2pm, or 8pm. Between October and April, the services runs every 2 hours, again starting at 7am and finishing at 9pm
You will need to queue up in what is generally a mad rush, and all bags must be stored in the main luggage storage compartment - be prepared for a free for all when queuing, no respect or assistance for any elderly or people with limited mobility.
You pay the driver as you board the bus, however I do believe you can buy tickets via the bus company website - but how this guarantees a seat I don’t know?!

Has anyone used Primera Air to Alicante?
Their prices seem reasonable but before I book wanted some feedback
