I live on Lomas del Golf and we have breakfast at Captain Morgans. I done want to sound flippant or due but I am surprised you didn't know about this...it is on your doorstep.

Only bought I July so although we have been to captain Morgan's in the evening we havnt been for breakfast

The Captains table is good upstairs in Punta Prima shopping centre & only 3€.

Right..we'll I don't think you will be disappointed if it's a full English/Scottish breakfast your after. They do an Early Bird before 10am for. Couple of euros.

Munchies do a great breakfast, they are located at the "back" of Villamartin Plaza.
Agree with Hayley Captains Table do great €3 full english, you can swap the toast, for a fried slice if you prefer, lovely coffee as well.
