Just as in the UK, you get what you pay for. If you buy a good brand like Titan or Xylazel, I'm sure you'd be pleased with the results.
Some of our rejas and a gate were painted with Titan Titanlux Gloss before we moved in, so more than twelve years ago, and I've never needed to even touch them up.
If you'd rather use Hammerite for your rejas, then you can buy it here. It's OK for use at this time of year, but if you're using it in summer then it dries far too quickly and you can't avoid brush marks. The Spanish equivalent is Oxirite, which I prefer to Hammerite, as it dries more slowly.
If you want to keep with known paints, then there used to be a shop in Quesada which sold Dulux - don't know if they're still there. I also don't know if they sold Dulux trade paints, which is much better than the ordinary retail ones.
