Carrefour repairs phone number

Hi 

Can anyone advise me, I purchased 2 electrical appliances from Carrefour a fews months ago, a washing machine and a tv.  They are both not working correctly. I've tried to call a repair line and all I get is a recorded message. All advice appreciated.

They aren't brilliant with After Sales Service but face to face has to be better than by phone. Go to store you bought them, along with Receipts, and be prepared to stand your ground. Good luck.

We had a TV that stopped working correctly a week before the 2 year guarantee lapsed. Went into local Carrefour, handed in the TV, one week later full refund when they established they couldn’t repair. Better customer service than most places in UK.

You will also need to return in the original boxes,or they can refuse to help.

We found them all very nasty.

As above. We returned the TV. Didn’t have the original box, but obviously we had the receipt. Staff really helpful, maybe because I speak Spanish as I observed an English couple at customer services that couldn’t / wouldn’t speak Spanish and ended up walking away when discussing, or trying to discuss, a problem with a fridge. 

We ended up with a better, newer TV and hence why we have bought other electrical items from them and have recommended to friends.

Our experience was excellent but accept others may not have received the same level of customer service.

We speak some Spanish,although not fluent

We experienced rudeness from  the start.

This  was at Customer Services,not the electrical desk.
