As above. We returned the TV. Didn’t have the original box, but obviously we had the receipt. Staff really helpful, maybe because I speak Spanish as I observed an English couple at customer services that couldn’t / wouldn’t speak Spanish and ended up walking away when discussing, or trying to discuss, a problem with a fridge.
We ended up with a better, newer TV and hence why we have bought other electrical items from them and have recommended to friends.
Our experience was excellent but accept others may not have received the same level of customer service.
