We are looking to relocate to the Villamartin area and would like to know why properties are cheaper in El Galan. I have heard conflicting stories regarding the area.

That's were my HH is. I didn't notice El Galan being any cheaper than other areas of Villamartin when I was buying?

We have lived in El Galan for 10 years now, in fact we run a B&B there, we love the area, plenty of places to eat and drink and the neighbours are all friendly

I have a HH there very nice area local bars and restaurants love it there

Hi, we live in El Galan and love it here. We searched many areas before deciding this was the place we want to be. It is peaceful all year round due the the fact there is nothing beyond it, so you don't get cars travelling through going to other areas or drunks walking past on to the next pub.
