We are trying to get our 2 electric bikes over from the UK. Has anyone done anything similar, could you recommend a company and what would be an appropriate cost. Thanks in advance. Graham and Denise

I can’t make a recommendation but I looked into bringing my EBike from the UK earlier this year. If you go on to the shiply website and put in the details of your move, you will receive some quotes. Some of the companies will do the customs forms and everything for you. Most of the companies have experience in overseas delivery and you can see feedback for them.

I know a few people who have wanted to do this, because they are cheaper in the UK.
However the transport companies won't carry them. People have driven down and bought them in their own vehicles.

Hi disengage electric motor take off battery pack separately and behold just a bike (from experience)

Problems arise based upon battery size.
You can ship a bike in a bike box as luggage when you fly, but not a big battery.
Maybe fly the bike over and buy a new battery here, but they can be expensive dependant upon size..

The company did all the paperwork and it cost around £600.we also brought over more items. You purchase square meters of a truck and share it with others. Very professional company
