Hi, l have seen a couple of posts concerning SEUR deliveries. I am at a loss to contact this company. Absolute nightmare. Apparently there is a main SEUR depot where packages originate. Can anybody tell me exactly where it is. The last post l saw located it in Alicante, but where exactly. An address would be great. My problem is that the package is too large for me to use a drop off point and they can not deliver to my address yet l see SEUR van passing my window every day. Please help.
Don't know if this is of any use? They are the worst couriers I have ever dealt with.

Thank for the info. I will check it out later. However, l have just found their main depot just off the AP7 down from the Alicante Airport. I am going there tomorrow morning to check it out. Hopefully, even if they dont have it, they can point me in the right direct. You are right about this company. There is something seriously wrong with their attitude toward small time customers. They could have delivered my package. My address is on google maps and the map would take them directly to the front door. The only reason they get one star on Trustpilot is because you can not review them without giving at least one star.

Yes they are bad, they told the supplier we were never home telling them they had tried to deliver 5 times when we were in. Supplier sent us a replacement via Correos as even when they said it was at the pick up point, it wasn't. Good luck.
SEUR have many collection points around the place so use one of them instead of your home address. Same goes for DHL and GLS.
SEUR have two within but a few minutes drive from me and have Had many such deliveries to them with no problems whatsoever.

Thanks for info. Unfortunately it is not possible to request drop off point for large items. However, l found the Seur main depot for sorting and distribution of packages for our area. The address is: c.del Marco,S/N, 03114, Alicante. If you have a problem with a package and it is an important item l suggest you go direct to the main depot. It may save a lot of aggrevation and time wasteing. The SEUR tracking and commmuication is impossible. You can not talk to anyone. It the brave new world of AI. You will not be able to talk to one of those useless human beings. AI is a much better way to piss you off

I have recently received a large package from SUER and when I made the order I was told that if they were unable to deliver, it would go to their local distribution point which for me (La Zenia) would be in San Miguel opposite the petrol station.
You could try there?

That is good to know. I know of the location as l had a need to go looking for a previous package and that was one of the pick up points l checked out.
