There are other threads on the Costa Blanca forum for electric bills, it won't take you long to find them. Can't really comment on pagodas and hot tubs!
Re pubs - the word Villamartin covers quite a wide (and badly defined) area. If you could be more precise (road name maybe), I'll try to help!

Best pubs! depends on what you are looking for. Some pubs have live music, others arrange day trips, others do golf trips. There is so much going on in the pubs, I'm sure you will find one that suits you

Welcome to the Forum and congratulations on your house purchase. You will love Villamartin-we have been here 6 years and wouldn’t be anywhere else.
In regards to the best pub villamartin is quite spread out so I am assuming you want one to walk (or stagger lol) to -perhaps if you give a rough idea of where you are in villamartin we can pin it down a bit? Also your ages/interest as there are pubs which cater for all different ages etc and this might help with the suggestions?
Fingers crossed you get over soon and exploring but in the meantime any questions feel free to pm me (been there done that so know how daunting it can be!)
