please could anyone let me know if any rental properties are available November 2018 to late march early April 2019 in the area of Villamartin and surrounding areas, we have a small dog [shih Tzu ] we will bring with us as when we arrive we are also looking to purchase our own property in these areas, with a budget of around 95,000 euros many thanks for any help you could give me
I have a property available to rent from October- March but it is further north,just outside Altea.

Remember when buying in spain/ villamartin area it costs the price of place and about 13%, if you need a Spanish mortgage, bankinter is the cheapest and remember to add 3% mortgage tax/costs on top of mortgage, and maybe a bit more for add on's.
