Either go to bus station in Torrevieja (taxi or bus from La Zenia) and then get either of buses below

or

 (1) Make your way by taxi to San Miguel De Salinas and meet with Torrevieja-Murcia bus,  https://torrevieja.com/autobus-de-torrevieja-a-murcia-2/

OR

(2) Make your way by taxi to San Miguel De Salinas and meet the Torrevieja-Orihuela bus  https://torrevieja.com/autobus-de-torrevieja-a-orihuela/  and then get either the Murcia bus or the train to Murcia from Orihuela

Either of the buses means playing with bus/train schedules to make it work

Hi Elisha

Public transport will be hard work!

If you simply want to visit as a tourist, there are other options here https://www.coachtripsonline.com/day-trips

Cheers

Steve
